Carrera y Carrera: a Spanish jewelry firm loved by fashionistas

The Spanish jewelry firm Carrera y Carrera is one of the preferred ones among fashionistas. Olivia Palermo and Kate Perry are just  some of the women that have fallen in love with Carrera y Carrera jewels.  They look absolutely spectacular wearing them. The firm recently presented a special edition created to celebrate Mother´s Day  (the Sol y Sombra collection). They are beautiful pieces that recur to the motif of the sun. This year Carrera y Carrera has also designed the Música collection. Inspired by music (so inherent to Spanish culture), Música reveals an outstanding combination of the company’s characteristic matte-shine effect on gold.

The Melodía (Melody) collection is born of musical notes and combine different textures (yellow gold and diamonds or white gold and diamonds). The Concierto (Concert) is an elegant and sculpture-like collection inspired in musical notes. These last ones are intrinsically interlaced to create true works of art crafted in white gold, diamonds, and onyx.  The magnificent carving of gold converts each unique jewelry piece into mini-sculptures of art. The Alegrías (a flamenco dance) collection presents a selection of mini –sculptures created in yellow gold, white gold and diamonds, or yellow gold, mother of pearl and onyx inspired by the guitar. The Danza (Dance) collection is characterized by its voluminous yet light pieces crafted in yellow gold and diamonds.
